Research Shows Pleasurable Activities Lower Dementia Risk in Aging Adults

We find it essential to engage our aging adults in physically, mentally and socially stimulating leisure activities to avoid mental decline and memory loss - some of the activities we do include reading or being read to, listening to music, having stimulating conversations and finding interesting programing, doing puzzles, crosswords or word search games, playing cards, doing some form of exercise however light... stretching, walking, light weights, chair yoga, etc.
